My customer account

  • Click on the button "Go to B2B Shop" to go to the start page and click on "Register".

  • Fill in all fields and upload your business license.

  • After verification by our office team, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 working days with a request to create a personal password.

As soon as this has been issued, you will be able to access the shop directly.

  • You can reset the password when you log in.

  • Click on "Forgotten password" and fill in the email address you used to create your account.

  • We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. This may take a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Minimum order value 150€ net + 7,90€ shipping with DHL

  • from 250€ net the delivery is free of shipping costs

  • from 600€ delivery on pallet by forwarder

  • Minimum order value 150€ net + 20€ shipping costs

  • From 600€ the delivery is free of shipping costs

Depending on the decision when EU customers may also order via the shop.

    The first order is always made by prepayment

  • Direct debit

    We need a completed and signed SEPA form from you

Complaint

Please send an email to  reklamation@premiumpetproducts.de  with the following details:

  • Delivery note number

  • detailed description

  • Type of damage or shortage or wrong item

  • Photo of the damaged items or the pallet / cardboard boxes

In the case of complaints regarding quality defects, we require the following additional information:

  • Best before date

  • Batch number

  • Foto

After receiving your complaint, our office team will contact you within 3-5 working days to discuss how to proceed.
