When you visit our website, data and information are automatically collected. This includes

  • the page from which the accessed page was requested,

  • the name of the page called up,

  • the date and time of the request,

  • the duration of your visit,

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in collecting and temporarily storing the aforementioned data. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your computer and is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, this data is used to optimize our platform and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose stated here. This usually happens after seven days.

On our website, our e-mail address, postal address, telephone, fax and a contact form are provided, which you can use to contact us. We store the sender data provided by you, such as e-mail address, name, telephone number and other data provided by you. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO and Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest to answer your inquiries. In addition, the request may be a case of contract initiation.

If you have provided your email address as part of your registration in our online store, we may send you emails without your consent to inform you about products and news, as well as the product range and discount promotions. The legal basis for the processing is Section 7 (3) UWG and Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In addition, we hereby inform you that in terms of the newsletter, various data can be evaluated, including whether and when the newsletter was opened. We use the open-source system Odoo for dispatch and newsletter tracking.

Of course, you can object to this at any time. An objection option ("unsubscribe link") can be found at the end of each newsletter e-mail. The e-mails serve advertising and information purposes. The legal basis for the processing is § 7 para. 3 UWG and Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

After unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will store the address and the registration data for another four years and then delete your data.

In addition, we store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation in order to be able to prove your consent and to detect possible misuse of personal data. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

In order to prevent you from mistakenly assuming a successful order, we will send you a notification from us as soon as you have placed items in the shopping cart and do not confirm these items for a longer period of time, or do not place an order with a filled shopping cart for a longer period of time. The legal basis for sending the shopping cart abandonment emails is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO (legitimate interests).

We will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without your separate consent. Data will only be passed on for other purposes if we have legal permission to do so.

The deletion of the stored personal data takes place as far as their knowledge is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of the storage or as far as their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons or if and as far as you have revoked your consent. In the event that a deletion conflicts with legal retention periods or legitimate interests, the corresponding data will be blocked.

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. Cookies are used to make the website more user-friendly and effective. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e., after you close your browser (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal device and enable us or our partner companies to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

The legal basis for the use and storage of essential, technically and functionally necessary cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free provision of our website.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization on this website by adding the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" so that your IP address is truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. There may be a data transfer to the USA, which is secured by the agreement of standard data protection clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c DSGVO.

When configuring Google Analytics, care was taken to ensure that Google receives this data as a processor. Google also uses the data for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its own offer. In doing so, Google may link the data with other data of the user (such as search history, personal accounts, usage data of other devices and any other data that Google has on this user). The collected data is automatically deleted in Google Analytics after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month. The legal basis for data processing is your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the use of Google Analytics at any time with effect for the future.

In addition, you have the right to request the correction or completion of your data (Art. 16 GDPR) under the respective legal conditions, if the personal data processed about you is incorrect or incomplete.
