How can I register in the B2B shop?

Use the button "B2B Shop" to go to the start page and click on "register".

Fill out all required fields and upload your trade certificate.

When you start the registration process, always insert VAT number, so that the appropriate tax is applied on your invoices.
You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days after verification by our office team.

Follow the link in the confirmation email and create your personal password.
What should I do if I forget my password?

You can reset the password when you log in.

Click on „Forgotten password“ and enter the email adress you used to create your account with us.

We will then email you a link to reset your password. This may take a few minutes.
What is the general processing time of the orders (including delivery)?

For an order of < 10 thousand euros, the processing time is currently 7-10 workdays.

For an order of > 10 thousand euros, the processing time is currently 15-17 workdays.

In the event of unforeseen staff shortages during Corona times or the Christmas season, the processing time may increase to 15-17 days even for smaller orders.

The articles are always displayed in packaging units (PU) and not in pieces. Please always order in PU. This avoids articles being delivered loose without boxes.
