FAQ's 

How can I register in the B2B shop?

  • Use the button "B2B Shop" to go to the start page and click on "register".

  • Fill out all required fields and upload your trade certificate. 

  • When you start the registration process, always insert VAT number, so that the appropriate tax is applied on your invoices.
    You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days after verification by our office team.

  • Follow the link in the confirmation email and create your personal password.

What should I do if I forget my password?

  • You can reset the password when you log in.

  • Click on „Forgotten password“ and enter the email adress you used to create your account with us.

  • We will then email you a link to reset your password. This may take a few minutes.

What is the general processing time of the orders (including delivery)?

  • For an order of < 10 thousand euros, the processing time is currently 7-10 workdays.

  • In the event of unforseen staff shortage 

  • during holiday or the Christmas season, the processing time may increase to 15-17 days even for smaller orders.

                    How can I complain about damaged articles?

                    • We are sorry if you received a defective or damaged article. 
                      Please fill out the complaint sheet and follow the instructions below. Incomplete sheets cannot be processed. All complaints will be checked for completeness and correctness as soon as possible. Not all complaints lead to full credit
